I was a little girl when I first read the story of Dorothy from Kansas. I do not remember it all, but something stayed with me until this day.  And I remember now that when Dorothy lost her house, she went in the search of the Wizard of Oz to help her find her home. On her journey, she met kindred spirits that helped her discover friendship, compassion, courage, wisdom. And in finding these she found also her way home. 

 

This is our journey, and when you join us, it becomes your journey. But we are not seeking the wizard of Oz who has all the answers. We are seeking ourselves and we discover who we are in our interactions with each other. We are travelling back to our home and we need each other to find it. Because home is not a place, it is a feeling of belonging and of purpose. In this journey, we each have our talents and attributes. One has the words, other the images and yet another sounds. Together we create our own Land of Oz.
